Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: SEHA CLINICS, part of PureHealth, has been recognised as a Holistic Role Model at the 7th Edition of the Gold Initiative Certificate, organised by the Arab Hospitals Federation (AHF).
SEHA CLINICS received three Platinum and three Gold recognitions across six healthcare excellence categories, highlighting its performance in quality, patient safety, operational excellence, workforce development and sustainability.
The organisation achieved the highest regional score of 99/100 in Quality Management & Patient Safety for its Allied Health project, “Future-Proofing Hearing Health of Youth in the Era of Videogaming: Primary Care Leads the Way.”

SEHA CLINICS also secured Platinum recognition in Operational Excellence & Resource Optimisation and Patient-Centred Care & Experience. Gold recognition was awarded in Leadership, Governance & Continuous Improvement; Workforce Development & Wellbeing; and Sustainability, Hospital Design & Resilience.
The awards were presented during a ceremony held on 8 September at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, with representatives from SEHA CLINICS and PureHealth receiving the honours.

Dr Khadija Al Marashda, Chief Executive Officer of SEHA CLINICS, said: “This recognition reflects the collective commitment of our teams to continuously strengthen the way healthcare is delivered across our communities. The AHF’s 2026 Gold Initiative Certificate attracted 332 submissions from 10 Arab countries, with 50 healthcare institutions recognised for achievements across various areas of healthcare excellence. The recognitions reinforce SEHA CLINICS’ focus on accessible, patient-centred primary healthcare and its continued efforts to strengthen community-based care across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
