Abu Dhabi, UAE: The Family Care Authority (FCA), affiliated with the Department of Community Development โ Abu Dhabi, has opened a new Service Centre in Al Ain to expand access to integrated, community-focused family support.
The inauguration was attended by H.E. Shamis Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Department of Community Development โ Abu Dhabi, H.E. Salama Al Ameemi, Director General of the Family Care Authority, along with senior officials and partners.
The new centre provides a range of social, psychological and advisory services designed to respond to the needs of individuals and families. Bringing multiple services together in one location is expected to support faster intervention, coordinated case management and more comprehensive assistance.

The initiative aligns with the objectives of the UAE Year of Family, highlighting the importance of family cohesion, resilience and long-term social stability.

The centre strengthens the FCAโs role in delivering family-centred services focused on prevention, empowerment and family stability across Abu Dhabi.
