Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (Sobi) has entered a strategic partnership with Innate Pharma to advance lacutamab, an investigational therapy for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

Under the agreement, Innate Pharma will conduct the planned TELLOMAK-3 Phase 3 trial, supporting a potential accelerated approval filing for lacutamab in Sézary syndrome. The study could also support future full approval applications for Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides.

Sobi will receive exclusive global commercialisation rights to lacutamab upon potential accelerated approval and may assume full global development rights following positive Phase 3 results.

The agreement includes an upfront payment of $75 million, with Innate Pharma eligible for up to $505 million in additional development, regulatory and commercial milestones, plus tiered double-digit royalties on net sales.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust clearance.
