Cambridge Health Group (CHG), a leading post-acute care provider in the GCC and a subsidiary of Amanat Holdings PJSC, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Middlesex University Dubai to strengthen collaboration in healthcare education, research, innovation, and workforce development.

“The agreement brings together clinical expertise and academic excellence to support the evolving needs of healthcare systems across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider region. The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders” said, Dr. Ali Saeed bin Harmal Aldhaheri, Chairman of Cambridge Health Group.

Under the partnership, the two organizations will collaborate across five strategic pillars. These include advancing research into post-acute care, rehabilitation, health economics, and integrated care through joint studies, publications, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The collaboration will also promote innovation in digital health by exploring artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, remote patient monitoring, and healthcare data analytics to improve patient outcomes and enhance models of care.

Professor Cedwyn Fernandes, Provost and Director of Middlesex University Dubai, said “The partnership reflects the university’s commitment to addressing real-world healthcare challenges through education, research, and innovation while preparing future healthcare leaders.“

Wael K. Abdallah, Group Chief Executive Officer of Cambridge Health Group, said “The collaboration will strengthen the connection between healthcare practice and academic research, driving innovation in post-acute care and digital health while creating new opportunities for professional development and improved patient care.”

The partnership underscores the shared commitment of both organizations to advancing healthcare innovation, supporting workforce development, and improving health outcomes across the region.
