Empowering digital health start-ups in family planning, fertility and wellness – and addressing critical unmet needs across the META region.

Organon announced the launch of the third edition of its Women’s Health Accelerator Program, now expanded to include the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META).  For 2026, Organon with the support of Flat6labs, will offer new start-ups joining the program the chance to connect with regional investors to discuss funding opportunities to support product building, test markets and improve business models.

This flagship initiative, part of Organon’s mission to create “a better and healthier every day for every woman”,  invites entrepreneurs innovating in family planning, fertility, and women’s wellness to apply for the 2026 cohort, with applications opened until Feb 12th.

The third edition introduces several enhancements. For the first time, the Accelerator is extending into Sub-Saharan Africa, welcoming applicants from across the region. By casting a wider net, Organon aims to uncover and nurture solutions addressing women’s health needs in diverse communities within the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Ukraine.  The 2025/26 cohort will have opportunities to engage with a broader range of experts, including academics, healthcare providers and policy advisors, through workshops and mentoring sessions. By tapping into this wider network, participants can validate their solutions, refine their business models, and explore partnerships that will help scale their impact regionally.

Previous winners and participants will return as mentors for the new cohort. These alumnae will share their experience and guidance with incoming founders, fostering a supportive community of women entrepreneurs helping each other succeed. This new element creates a cycle of empowerment, as those who benefited from the program now pay it forward to the next generation of innovators.

“By expanding our Accelerator Program across the META region, we are doubling down on Organon’s commitment to invest in innovation for women’s health,” said Ramy Koussa, Associate Vice President, Organon Middle East, Turkey & Africa. “We believe that by supporting solutions for women’s health, we nurture game-changing health solutions and create a ripple effect of positive outcomes for communities and economies. Digital health innovation, in particular, has the power to enable earlier detection, personalize care and expand access at scale and this is especially the case for conditions that are often misdiagnosed or stigmatized.”
