Abu Dhabi, UAE– Urging healthcare professionals to stand in solidarity with Gaza’s distressed population, the UAE has initiated a major humanitarian operation under the Gallant Knight 3 banner. The Department of Health announced an online registration platform, calling on medics to lend their expertise to the relief and aid efforts in the wake of the Israel-Gaza war.

In response to President Sheikh Mohamed’s directive, the Gallant Knight 3 Operation aims to extend crucial support to those affected. The Department of Health took to social media, encouraging individuals to participate in this humanitarian effort and providing a direct link to the online portal.

Volunteers are requested to share essential contact details, including name, phone number, and Emirates ID. Additionally, they can specify their willingness to work in Gaza, Egypt, or both regions.

Sheikh Mohamed’s directive to the Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defence marks the proactive establishment of an on-the-ground relief campaign in the Gaza Strip. Also, The directive emphasizes collaboration with key UAE humanitarian organizations, including the Emirates Red Crescent, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, and Zayed bin Sultan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, all operating within the framework of the Gallant Knight 3 operation.
