Dubai Run 2025 is set to be one of the cityโs most exciting fitness events, transforming Sheikh Zayed Road into a lively running track for thousands of participants. Whether you are an experienced runner or joining to stay active, here are 10 essential points to know before taking part.

1. Event date and time
- Dubai Run 2025 will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
- The official start time is 6:30 AM, and participants must choose an arrival slot during registration. Arrival slots begin from 4:00 AM.
2. Two route options
- 5km Route: Starts near the Museum of the Future, passes Dubai World Trade Centre, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera, and ends near Dubai Mall. Ideal for families and beginners.
- 10km route: Starts near the Museum of the Future, crosses the Dubai Canal Bridge, loops along Sheikh Zayed Road, and finishes at The Gate Building in DIFC. Suitable for experienced runners.
3. Registration is mandatory
- All participants must register in advance via DubaiRun.com.
- Registration is required to collect your bib and official event T-shirt.
4. Bib and T-Shirt collection
- You can collect your bib and T-shirt from the Dubai Municipality 30ร30 Fitness Village at Zabeel Park between November 3 and 22, 2025.
- You must have your bib to take part in the event.
5. Metro access and parking
- For the 5km route, use World Trade Centre Metro Station.
- For the 10km route, use Emirates Towers Metro Station.
If driving:
- Park at Dubai World Trade Centre for the 10km route
- Park at Dubai Mall for the 5km route
Then take the metro to your start point.
After the run, Dubai Mall, World Trade Centre, Emirates Towers and Max Metro Stations will be open for return travel.
6. NOL card requirement
If using the metro, ensure your NOL card has at least AED 15 to avoid delays at the gates.
7. No bag drop facility
- There is no bag drop at Dubai Run.
- Participants are also not permitted to run with a rucksack. Keep valuables to a minimum and carry only what you need.
8. Family-friendly and inclusive event
- Dubai Run is open to participants of all ages and abilities, including People of Determination.
- Dedicated start zones and volunteer support are available
9. Arrival and safety guidance
- Arrive according to your selected slot to maintain a safe and smooth start.
- Slot capacity is limited, so it is best to arrive early.
- Participants should run at their own pace and move to the side if they need to stop.
10. Supervision for children
- All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
- Safety and crowd control measures remain a priority.
