A smart paid parking management system has been introduced across Dubai Health facilities, with the first phase launched at Rashid Hospital on September 21, 2026, under an agreement with Parkin.

Patients will continue to receive free parking for the duration of their visit, including emergency care, consultations, laboratory appointments and ongoing treatment. Patient visitors can receive up to three hours of free parking once per day after providing patient details at reception.

Two companions of admitted patients can also receive free parking for up to 24 hours, while People of Determination, senior citizens and pregnant women will continue to receive complimentary valet parking after eligibility verification.

The system also includes valet parking, car wash services and EV charging facilities.
