The awards were presented during the OCHIN Learning Forum, where healthcare leaders from across the country gathered for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The OCHIN Impact Awards are a cornerstone of the Learning Forum an annual event where members from across the country gather for nearly 200 sessions focused on learning, collaboration and enrichment.

The 2026 award recipients included Erie Family Health Centers for patient health and experience, Petaluma Health Center for clinician efficiency, Prism Health for financial and operational excellence, and Lynn Community Health Center for community engagement. The recognized organizations demonstrated measurable improvements in care coordination, operational workflows, patient access, and community outreach initiatives.
