Dubai, UAE: Three new chief executive officers have been appointed to lead key sectors within Dubai’s healthcare system, following a series of Executive Council resolutions issued by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE.
As Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan issued Resolution No. (52) of 2026, appointing Asma Abdullah Saad Al Sherif as CEO of the Health Regulatory Sector.

Under Resolution No. (53) of 2026, Majid Sultan Al Muhairi has been appointed CEO of the Digital Health Sector, with the role focusing on the continued development of technology-driven healthcare services.
Meanwhile, Mona Mohammad Bajman Almarzooqi has been named CEO of the Corporate Support Sector under Resolution No. (54) of 2026.
The appointments form part of ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership across key areas of Dubai’s healthcare sector, including regulation, digital transformation and organisational support.
All three resolutions take effect from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
