Kashif served as Senior Adviser in the Saudi Health Sector Transformation Program and the Ministry of Health between 2017 to 2024 and as Chief Financial Officer and Operating Partner in private equity portfolio companies from 2009 to 2016. He is a Fellow of the UK's Royal Society of Medicine, the Royal Society of Arts, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Institute of Leadership.
