Dubai, UAE- Al Jalila Foundation celebrated its 10th anniversary, signifying a decade of impactful contributions to healthcare and medical innovation. Established in 2013 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the foundation commemorated the occasion under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Health Board of Directors.
The event highlighted the foundation’s outstanding achievements over the past ten years, demonstrating its commitment to transforming lives and advancing healthcare. The organizers acknowledged major donors, including Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani Group, Amity University, and others, for their continuous support. The foundation’s impactful initiatives have assisted 8,768 patients, with a focus on children facing life-threatening conditions.
Moreover, In the field of research, the Al Jalila Foundation has been an inspirational force, awarding 125 research grants and investing nearly AED50 million in research infrastructure. The foundation’s commitment extends to nurturing future healthcare leaders, as evidenced by providing 146 scholarships to bright medical students and residents.
