Last month was a very special milestone for all of us at Vectramind. Our Vectramind Health division made an indelible impression among the who’s who from all around the world in the healthcare industry, at our iconic bright blue stand in Abu Dhabi Global Health Week (ADGHW) at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi!
Our presence at the Vectramind Health stand over the 3 days (15th – 17th April 2025) at ADGHW 2025, have been nothing short of fantastic and also rewarding in many ways, apart from being a source of great learning in how we are being perceived as a brand along with our offerings!
One of the biggest positives was seeing a huge visitor turnout at our stand , including high profile C-suite clients from Mubadala, Dubai Holdings, Aster and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, who expressed heightened interest in our offerings: especially in the first two days of this truly global event.
Our visual storytelling of firstpass told through an engaging and colorful interplay of words and montage of images, beamed out from our large LED screens at the rear of the stand. Complementing this were the back walls of the stand that strategically split our firstpass storytelling into left and right halves that each respectively, highlighted the benefits and features.
It caught the curiosity of our visitors, who also comprehended and complimented us on our classic blue branding and the content at our Vectramind Health stand. In short, it resonated with the curious minds of tomorrow in regards to a whole new perspective of the patient journey experience, triggering endless interactions with our staff.
The pièce de résistance or highlight of our stand was our firstpass kiosk, ably and organically supported by the centrally placed iconic floor graphic of our patient journey of modules, which literally put our stand participants in the shoes of both: the patient and healthcare provider in terms of providing a memorable and engaging personalised experience through it’s disruptive, immersive tech!!! This ‘immersive activation’ attarcted the maximum number of curious eyeballs and proved to be an enormously successful piece of interactive storytelling in narrating and highlighting firstpass, our AI-powered platform.
Apart from the product demos by our sales team, we also had the privilege of greater exposure in sharing our ‘thought leadership insights’ via two notable speaker sessions on the Live stage among an enthralled audience at the ADGHW event. Taking to the stage, was our CTO, Balagopal Ramdurai who shared his insights on the role of predictive AI and its’ transformative role in the patient experience. An example of which is the firstpass AI-native patient experience and engagement platform.
Fattin Nimeh, CCO at Vectramind Health shared her thoughts on how AI tranforms the patient journey by looking at how data can turn into delight when it came to enhcancing the patient-centric experience.
While this was a mammoth venture harmonising teams and talent to align to a common vision, a big thank you goes out to our stand partners, airball technical (who made us look bright and blue), MedEdge MEA ,our amazing on the ground media partners, dmg events (for their enormous patience and a heart just as generous as their stand space), and Capital Caterers ( ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi ) for coffee, donuts to keep the adrenaline flowing for our visitors who took part in the immersive interactive experience).
Last but not the least, our smashing, tireless and dedicated Team of Vectraminders: our brigade in blue, who poured their hearts, time and effort into each and everything to ensure our event was a success from the word: Go!!
