M42’s Mubadala Health Dubai and Almadallah Healthcare Management have entered into a strategic collaboration to expand access to patient-centred healthcare services for insured and eligible members across the UAE.
The collaboration will support members serviced by Almadallah, including beneficiaries of government healthcare programmes for Emiratis in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Through the partnership, eligible members will gain access to Mubadala Health Dubai’s multidisciplinary network of specialised healthcare services.
The network includes specialty care, diagnostic services, rehabilitation and day surgery, providing members with broader access to integrated healthcare across multiple areas of treatment.

The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony attended by senior representatives from Mubadala Health Dubai, M42 and Almadallah Healthcare Management. The organisations said the collaboration reflects their shared focus on improving healthcare accessibility and creating more coordinated care experiences.
The partnership is expected to strengthen connections between insurance and healthcare delivery while supporting more integrated and sustainable services for communities across the UAE.
