Cairo, Egypt: mylo, the fintech arm of B.TECH Group, has partnered with AXA Egypt to provide eligible customers with group credit life insurance coverage at no additional cost.
Under the agreement, the insurance programme will cover the outstanding financing balance in cases of death from any cause or permanent total disability, subject to the applicable terms and coverage limits. The initiative is designed to help protect customers and their families from remaining financing obligations during unexpected circumstances.
The coverage will not increase customersโ financing instalments or add separate charges. It will be available to eligible new and existing customers across included products, subject to the agreed conditions. The programme also does not require a medical examination or health declaration within the specified coverage limits.

The partnership combines myloโs financing services with AXA Egyptโs insurance capabilities and is intended to strengthen financial protection for consumers in Egyptโs growing fintech sector.

The agreement was signed by Mohamed Khattab, CEO of mylo, and Minoush Abdelmeguid, CEO of AXA in Egypt, alongside representatives from both organisations. The programme operates in line with Financial Regulatory Authority requirements governing consumer finance and group insurance activities in Egypt.
