IntrospeXion has been appointed by a major UAE-based energy operator to deliver a company-wide mental health and wellbeing programme for employees across onshore, remote and offshore sites.

The programme will provide psychological profiling, executive coaching, workplace mental health strategies, risk assessments, wellbeing workshops, confidential employee support and critical incident response.

The move comes as organisations in high-pressure sectors increasingly recognise psychological wellbeing as an essential part of workplace health and safety. IntrospeXion has also expanded its UAE presence with a base in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, and dedicated local operations support.
