Saudi aid agency KSrelief has signed a joint implementation program with an organization rehabilitating six hospitals and establishing three oxygen generation units across Sudan.
The project, implemented in partnership with the Or12Qganization of Competencies for Studies and Human Development, is expected to directly benefit around 3 million people. It includes supplying essential medical equipment for emergency, intensive care, surgery, pediatrics, laboratories, and medical imaging departments, alongside installing oxygen systems and training healthcare personnel.
Sudanโs Federal Minister of Health Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim in January this year said that “The Saudi aid agency was the first responder to meet the needs of those affected since the outbreak of the humanitarian crisis in the country.”

The initiative forms part of KSreliefโs broader humanitarian efforts to improve access to healthcare and support Sudanโs health sector during the crisis.
