Garden State Venture Partners (GSVP), a next-generation venture capital firm focused on connecting, investing in, and accelerating New Jersey’s innovation ecosystem, announced the appointment of Joseph Cosgrove as Senior Strategic Advisor, Healthcare & Life Sciences.
Mr. Cosgrove brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across healthcare services, specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, hospital partnerships, pharmaceutical commercialization, biotechnology enablement, and private-equity-backed platform growth. In this role, Mr. Cosgrove will advise Garden State Venture Partners as the firm expands its healthcare and life sciences strategy, deepens strategic relationships with health systems, pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology innovators, universities, and research institutions, and advances its mission to position New Jersey as a national hub for innovation, company creation, and economic growth.

As Senior Strategic Advisor, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Mr. Cosgrove will focus on expanding Garden State Venture Partners’ healthcare and life sciences network and identifying investable opportunities across healthcare services, digital health, specialty therapeutics, pharmaceutical services, biotechnology enablement, clinical infrastructure, and commercialization platforms.
